摘要

患者，女，68岁，于2022年8月1日就诊。主诉：子宫内膜癌术后1年余，腹胀1月余，加重2 d。现病史：2021年2月17日因“绝经后间断性阴道出血8年”就诊，行宫颈活检病理示：子宫内膜样腺癌。术前行4周期“白蛋白紫杉醇+卡铂”新辅助化疗。2021年6月9日于全身麻醉下行“经腹全子宫+双附件切除+部分大网膜切除+盆腔粘连松解术”。术后病理示：（全子宫+双附件）子宫壁内可见残存中分化子宫内膜样癌，
