摘要

以“气不和则卧不安”为切入点，总结针刺治疗鼾症的临证思路。根据鼾症患者气滞血瘀、痰湿内阻等病理特点，结合病因病机和病位，创新性提出“气不和则卧不安”观点，认为鼾症治疗的关键在于“调气”。临证中可通过针刺直调病所之气、通调脏腑之气、调畅经络之气，使全身上下、内外气机调和，气行血畅，进而达到气和、鼾止、眠安的治疗目的。
