摘要

对《黄帝内经》“七次脉”穴的释义、定位归经、主治病症进行归纳梳理，发现“七次脉”穴是“根溜注入”中的“上入穴”，与“离入出合”的“出合”部位相应，并包含气海、髓海的输注穴。提出“气阻于颈关，可取之七次脉”的新观点，以期为系统使用颈项部腧穴治疗颈肩疾病、头面五官疾病、情志疾患以及脏腑气机失调疾病提供新的思路。
