摘要

经筋是以筋为基础构建的筋病远端诊疗体系，其中“筋”更多的是具备特殊手感的结构，而不是某一个沿固定路线走行的单一解剖结构。“以知为数”是以对患者筋骨结构的整体诊查所感知的结果作为筋病治疗的标准，且这一理念应贯穿筋病诊治的全过程，“以痛为输”是对“以知为数”的验证与践行。在“以知为数”的指导下通过“知标本”“调阴阳”将挛急和弛纵的筋恢复正常状态，治疗筋病及其引发的其他疾病。以“以知为数”为核心的经筋诊疗体系能够完善概念模糊的“经筋理论”，形成系统的筋病治疗思维，为临床筋病的治疗提供新的思路。
