摘要

患者，男，59岁，于2022年8月17日主因“间断排便困难20余年”就诊。现病史：20年前劳累后开始出现排便困难、大便干结，3～5 d一行，有排便不尽感，无腹部及肛门下坠感、异物感，无便血。陆续就诊于山西省某中医院与西医院，行辅助检查，电子结、直肠镜检查（2022-02-09）：结肠憩室伴粪石嵌顿，排粪造影检查（2022-07-22）：耻骨直肠肌痉挛，结肠造影未见明显异常。
