摘要

神经性耳鸣是指在无声源情况下出现的主观感受，病因病机复杂，西医尚无特效药，多以滋养神经、促进微循环等药物治疗，疗效欠佳

。笔者采用“三步通窍”法针灸治疗神经性耳鸣32例，现报道如下。1临床资料病例均来自2022年1月至2022年9月天津中医药大学第一附属医院耳科及针灸科门诊。其中男18例，女14例；年龄28～57(42±8)岁；病程8～30(21.2±7.4)d。
