摘要

经筋及筋膜网络在协调机体平衡方面存在功能上的共通性，而肿瘤的发生进展可能通过直接和间接的影响破坏筋膜网络及经筋的整体协调性，由此产生的癌痛可能是二者失衡所致。黄金昶教授在癌痛的治疗中，立足于筋膜网络的整体平衡学说，同时结合经筋理论对疼痛的认识，强调“解结”在癌痛治疗中的重要性，因此提出以筋膜反应点为靶点，围绕“以平为期”的治疗原则，综合采用浮针、毫刃针、火针、艾灸等多种针灸疗法治疗。
