摘要

肩手综合征（shoulder-hand syndrome

SHS）是中风后常见并发症之一，严重影响患者上肢运动功能及生活自理能力[1-2]。中风后SHS的发病机制尚未完全明确，及时有效的早期干预可延缓疾病进展，避免造成肩手关节与肌肉功能的不可逆损伤[3]。笔者采用毫火针扬刺法治疗中风后SHSⅠ期患者30例，现报道如下。
