摘要

目的

观察针身绝缘针灸针联合电刺激治疗坐骨神经痛的临床疗效。

方法

应用针身绝缘针灸针予坐骨神经干精准电刺激治疗坐骨神经痛患者10例。选用0.35 mm×60 mm针身绝缘针灸针，借助超声诊断仪，于承扶穴下10 cm处进针约4 cm。针柄处连接HANS-2000A神经电刺激仪输出端正极，负极的3M皮肤电极贴片贴于同侧肢体腘窝下10 cm肌肉隆起处，选择连续波，频率10 Hz，每次10 min。隔日1次，每周3次，治疗4周。记录第1次治疗时引发跖反射的最小电流强度。分别于治疗前后观察患者视觉模拟量表（VAS）评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数（ODI）评分、健康调查简表（SF-36）评分，并评定其临床疗效。

结果

患者引发跖反射的最小电流强度在0.1~0.4 mA，平均为（0.23±0.09）mA。治疗后，VAS评分、ODI评分均较治疗前降低（

0.05），SF-36评分较治疗前升高（

0.05），总有效率为100.0%（10/10）。

结论

针身绝缘针灸针能够精准有效刺激坐骨神经干，减轻患者疼痛程度及腰部功能障碍，提高生存质量。
