摘要

目的

观察赤凤迎源针法治疗成年特发性脊柱侧弯（IS）腰背疼痛的临床疗效。

方法

选取26例成年IS腰背疼痛患者，针刺腰背部上端椎（UEV）至下端椎（LEV）旁华佗夹脊穴和腰背凸侧阿是穴，其中阿是穴施予赤凤迎源针法。每次留针30 min，每3 d针刺1次，每周2次，4周为一疗程，共治疗1个疗程。分别于治疗前后观察患者腰背疼痛视觉模拟量表（VAS）及脊柱侧弯研究学会22项问卷（SRS-22）评分，并评定临床疗效。

结果

治疗后，患者VAS评分较治疗前降低、SRS-22评分较治疗前升高（

0.05），有效率为92.3%（24/26）。

结论

赤凤迎源针法联合华佗夹脊穴针刺可改善成年IS腰背疼痛患者疼痛程度及生活质量。
