摘要

历代医家均重视将“以痛为输”作为治疗取穴的重要参考和原则，而对切循取穴时指下空虚、下陷感的成因及临床应用意义探讨较少。本文将其总结为“以空为输”，并对其含义、形成机制和临床应用进行分析与探讨，提出将“以空为输”和“以痛为输”“以舒为输”“以结为输”，“结筋病灶点”和“散筋病灶点”，“解结”和“聚结”，患者主观感受和医者触诊感觉相结合，形成系统、全面的经筋诊疗理论体系，从而为临床经筋病治疗提供新的思路。

physicians have emphasized "using pain as acupoints" as an important reference and principle for acupuncture point selection. However

the formation mechanism and significance of clinical application of the feeling of emptiness during acupoint palpation have been less explored. This paper summarizes this phenomenon as "using emptiness as acupoints
