摘要

目的：

观察疏肝调神针刺法治疗肝郁气滞型广泛性焦虑障碍的临床疗效。

方法：

纳入肝郁气滞型广泛性焦虑障碍患者40例，采用疏肝调神针刺法（百会、印堂、合谷、太冲、引气归元）治疗，每次30 min，每日1次，每周连续治疗3次，共治疗8周。分别于治疗前，治疗4、8周后，治疗结束后4周（随访）评定患者汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评分、焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分；分别于治疗前后检测血清谷氨酸（Glu）、γ-氨基丁酸（GABA）和5-羟色胺（5-HT）水平，测定大脑皮层静息运动阈值（rMT），评定中医证候评分；并于随访时评定临床疗效。

结果：

治疗4、8周后及随访时，患者HAMA、SAS评分均较治疗前降低（

0.001），且后一时间点评分均低于前一时间点（

0.001）。与治疗前比较，患者治疗后血清Glu水平、rMT值、中医证候评分降低（

0.05），血清GABA、5-HT水平升高（

0.001，

0.01）。随访时，总有效率为90.0%（36/40）。

结论：

疏肝调神针刺法能有效改善广泛性焦虑障碍患者的临床症状，近远期疗效稳定。
