摘要

报道1例药源性帕金森综合征患者接受针灸治疗情况。根据患者症状表现，基于从阳引阴法灵活选择针灸方案，于巨阙及双侧舞蹈震颤控制区、消颤穴、心俞、阳陵泉施以从阳引阴法针刺，配合巨阙及双侧心俞的麦粒灸治疗，隔日1次，每周3次，6次为一疗程。经过4个疗程治疗后患者行动迟缓、四肢不自主抖动情况基本得到控制，由此可为临床辨治不同药源性帕金森综合征提供参考。
