摘要

目的：

观察针刺手三阳经输穴配合颈夹脊穴治疗急性期神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。

方法：

选取56例急性期神经根型颈椎病患者，采用针刺手三阳经输穴配合颈夹脊穴治疗，留针30 min，每10 min行针1次，每日1次，7 d为一疗程，共治疗2个疗程。观察患者治疗前后简化McGill疼痛问卷表评分、颈椎功能障碍指数（NDI）评分以及简易生活质量量表（SF-12）评分，并评定临床疗效。

结果：

治疗后，患者简化McGill疼痛问卷表PRI评分、VAS评分、PPI评分、总分及NDI评分降低（

0.05），SF-12评分升高（

0.05），总有效率为91.1%（51/56）。

结论：

针刺手三阳经输穴配合颈夹脊穴能缓解急性期神经根型颈椎病患者疼痛，改善临床症状。
