摘要

介绍庄礼兴教授导气同精针法学术思想与运用经验。庄礼兴教授基于《黄帝内经》、东垣针法、靳瑞教授导气同精针法，结合其自身临床经验，师古而不泥古，充分发挥针灸理、法、方、穴、术的诊疗特色，将调神思想与导气同精针法融合，注重调神导气与行针导气，并细化操作要点，结合补泻，临床用于治疗气机逆乱、阴阳失和等多种病证，多获良效。
