摘要

目的：

观察推拿联合脐灸治疗产后气虚血瘀型腹直肌分离（DRA）的临床疗效及安全性。

方法：

选择35例气虚血瘀型DRA患者，采用推拿联合脐灸治疗，推拿按揉后颈部、肩部及足太阳膀胱经循行部位，掌根推带脉至神阙穴，顺时针方向摩腹，并按压双侧关门、天枢、大巨及气海、关元等穴位，推拿后进行脐灸约20 min。以上治疗隔日1次，每周治疗4次，连续治疗4周。于治疗前、治疗4周后和治疗结束后8周随访时，观察两组患者腹直肌分离距离（IRD）及腰部疼痛视觉模拟量表（VAS）、中医症状、Oswestry功能障碍指数（ODI）、爱丁堡产后抑郁量表（EPDS）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）评分，并评定安全性。

结果：

与治疗前比较，患者治疗后及随访时IRD与VAS、中医症状、ODI、EPDS、SAS评分均降低（

0.05）；治疗后与随访时比较，以上各项指标差异无统计学意义（

0.05）。所有患者在治疗过程中，均未出现明显不良反应。

结论：

推拿联合脐灸可以减少气虚血瘀型产后DRA患者的IRD，改善症状、功能障碍及心理状态。
