摘要

提高研究数据质量是高质量针灸临床研究的重要环节之一。临床数据交换标准协会（CDISC）开发了一系列标准，用以支持临床研究数据的采集、制表和分析。为更好地提高针刺临床研究效率和质量，同时促进多个同类研究数据的整合、共享和二次分析，CDISC制定并发布了针刺治疗领域标准用户指南。本文主要介绍针刺治疗领域标准用户指南，包括相关概念、主要内容及其如何在针刺临床研究中应用，并示例说明。

Abstract

Improving research data quality is a crucial aspect of high-quality clinical research of acupuncture and moxibustion. The Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium (CDISC) has developed a series of standards to support the collection

and analysis of clinical research data. To enhance the efficiency and quality of clinical research in acupuncture

as well as to facilitate the integration

sharing

and secondary analysis of data from multiple similar studies

CDISC has developed and released the CDISC therapeutic area user guide for traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture (TAUG-TCM-Acupuncture). This paper introduced the TAUG-TCM-Acupuncture

including relevant concepts

and its application in clinical research of acupuncture

with illustrative examples.
