摘要

目的：

观察报刺法联合常规针刺治疗气滞血瘀型颈椎病的临床疗效。

方法：

选择40例气滞血瘀型颈椎病患者，采用报刺法针刺阿是穴联合常规针刺（百会及双侧C

-C

夹脊、极泉等）治疗，每日1次，每周治疗 5次为一疗程，共治疗2个疗程。分别于治疗前及治疗1、2周后观察患者疼痛视觉模拟量表（VAS）评分，并于治疗后评定临床疗效。

结果：

治疗1、2周后，患者VAS评分均低于治疗前（

0.001），治疗后总有效率为97.5%（39/40）。

结论：

报刺法联合常规针刺可有效治疗气滞血瘀型颈椎病，减轻疼痛程度，改善临床症状体征。

Abstract

Objective

To observe the efficacy of successive trigger needling combined with conventional acupuncture for cervical spondylosis of

stagnation and blood stasis.

Methods

A total of 40 patients with cervical spondylosis of

stagnation and blood stasis were selected

and successive trigger needling at

ashi

points combined with conventional acupuncture at Baihui (GV20) and bilateral C

-C

Jiaji (EX-B2)

Jiquan (HT1)

etc. were delivered

once a day

5 times a week as one course

and 2 courses were required totally. Before treatment and after 1

2 weeks of treatment

the pain visual analogue scale (VAS) score was observed

and the clinical efficacy was evaluated after treatment.

Results

After 1

2 weeks of treatment

the VAS scores were decreased compared with that before treatment (

0.001). After treatment

the total effective rate was 97.5% (39/40).

Conclusion

Successive trigger needling combined with conventional acupuncture can effectively treat the cervical spondylosis of

stagnation and blood stasis

reduce pain and improve the clinical symptoms and signs.
