摘要

目的：

观察超声引导下针刺天鼎治疗神经根型颈椎病（CSR）肩臂症状的疗效。

方法：

选取15例神经根型颈椎病患者，采用超声引导下针刺天鼎治疗，留针5 min，治疗1次。观察患者治疗前后及治疗后3、5、7 d的视觉模拟量表（VAS）、疼痛分级指数（PRI）、CSR症状量表评分，并记录针感强度评分及针刺得气深度。

结果：

治疗后及治疗后3、5、7 d，患者VAS、PRI评分均较治疗前降低（

0.05），CSR症状量表评分较治疗前升高（

0.05）。针感强度评分为（18.3±6.2）分，针刺得气深度为（1.6±0.7）cm。

结论：

超声引导下针刺天鼎能有效改善CSR肩臂症状，单次疗效较好且稳定。
