摘要

目的：

观察快速针刺水沟、新吾穴治疗抑郁症干眼的临床疗效。

方法：

选取 31例处于药物治疗巩固期或维持期的抑郁症干眼患者，快速针刺水沟、新吾穴（单侧取穴，两侧交替使用），水沟行雀啄法，新吾穴行小幅度缓慢捻转法，使患者眶内含泪或泪水流出即可出针。每周3次，每次针刺间隔≥1 d，共治疗4周。分别于治疗前及治疗结束后2周观察患者泪液分泌试验（SⅠT）及眼表疾病指数量表（OSDI）评分。

结果：

治疗结束后2周，患者SⅠT较治疗前升高（

0.001），OSDI评分较治疗前降低（

0.001）。

结论：

快速针刺水沟、新吾穴可有效促进抑郁症干眼患者泪液分泌，改善干眼症状。
