摘要

探讨针刺疗法与运动疗法联用在疼痛康复中的作用机制及临床应用特点。针刺疗法和运动疗法镇痛具有多靶点、多维度的特点，总结其作用机制及二者联用的协同作用，探讨在肌骨疼痛、内脏痛以及术后疼痛等方面二者联用的现状及临床特点，以期为临床疼痛康复方案的选择提供一定的参考。

Abstract

The effect mechanism and the characteristics of clinical application of the combination of acupuncture therapy and kinesiotherapy are explored for pain rehabilitation.Analgesia of acupuncture therapy and kinesiotherapy is characterized by multiple targets and dimensions.The paper summarizes the effect mechanisms of these two therapies and their synergistic action and investigates the current situation and clinical characteristics of their combination in treatment of musculoskeletal pain

visceral pain and postoperative pain so that the references can be provided for the selection of pain rehabilitation programs.
