摘要

介绍房繄恭教授针刺治疗盆腔淤血综合征的临床经验。房繄恭教授认为本病病机为冲任瘀阻，气血运行不畅，胞宫经血流通受阻。临证治疗谨守病机，重调冲任，总结出“立足冲任，化瘀止痛”“腧穴所在，主治所在”“安神定志，身心同调”的治疗思路，选用百会、神庭、本神、中脘、天枢、关元、大赫、子宫为主穴，并根据病因、症状灵活配穴，针刺过程中重视应用逍遥调神针法，以及医患双方治神守神，为治疗盆腔淤血综合征提供新思路。
