摘要

“以知为数”是经筋理论的核心内容之一，但其相关基础研究薄弱。本文在经筋理论与感受器前期研究的基础上，分析“寒则筋急，热则筋纵”与温度感受器、“痛则神归之”与伤害感受器、“反折转筋，纵挺不收”与机械感受器之间的关系，建议着重探寻经筋疗法的量-效机制，旨在为“以知为数”的现代研究提供思路，为构建经筋病中医诊疗体系提供重要支撑。

Abstract

Yizhi weishu

(the frequency of needling depending on the therapeutic effect) is one of the core items in the

jingjin

theory (muscle regions of meridians)

but its relevant basic research is limited. On the basis of the preliminary research on

jingjin

theory and receptors

the article analyzes the association of thermoreceptor with "tendon spasm by cold and tendon flaccidity by heat

nociceptor with "patient's attention drawn by pain" and mechanoceptor with "spinal curvature

spastic or flaccid muscles and tendons

failure to

erect". It is proposed that the dose-effect mechanism of

jingjin

therapy should be specially explored

aiming to provide the new approach to the modern research of

yizhi weishu

and support the development of the diagnosis and treatment system of TCM in

jingjin

diseases.
