摘要

目的：

观察苍龟探穴报刺法治疗背部肌筋膜炎的临床疗效。

方法：

选取30例背部肌筋膜炎患者，于阿是穴采用苍龟探穴报刺法进行治疗。每天治疗1次，每周治疗6次，共治疗2周。比较患者治疗前后简化McGill疼痛问卷量表（SF-MPQ）评分，并评定临床疗效。

结果：

治疗后，患者SF-MPQ疼痛分级指数（PRI）、视觉模拟量表（VAS）、现时疼痛程度分级（PPI）评分较治疗前降低（

0.05），总有效率为100.0%（30/30）

。

结论：

苍龟探穴报刺法可有效改善背部肌筋膜炎患者背部疼痛症状。
