摘要

目的：

观察电针联合耳尖放血治疗痰热扰心型失眠的临床疗效。

方法：

选取60例痰热扰心型失眠患者，给予电针联合耳尖放血治疗，针刺印堂、神庭、四神聪及双侧神门、曲池、照海、申脉、丰隆、内庭，其中印堂和神庭予电针刺激（连续波，频率2 Hz），并联合耳尖放血，共治疗4周。观察患者治疗前及治疗1、4周后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）、阿森斯失眠量表（AIS）、失眠严重指数（ISI）评分和中医证候积分，并评定临床疗效。

结果：

治疗1、4周后，患者PSQI、AIS、ISI评分和中医证候积分均较治疗前降低（

0.05）。60例患者中痊愈30例、显效19例、有效9例、无效2例，总有效率为96.7%（58/60）。

结论：

电针联合耳尖放血治疗可改善痰热扰心型失眠患者睡眠质量和临床症状。

Abstract

Objective

To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with ear tip bloodletting for insomnia with phlegm-fire disturbing heart.

Methods

A total of 60 cases with insomnia of phlegm-fire disturbing heart were selected

and the treatment of electroacupuncture combined with ear tip bloodletting was delivered. Acupuncture was applied at Yintang (GV24

)

Shenting (GV24)

Sishencong (EX-HN1) and bilateral Shenmen (HT7)

Quchi (LI11)

Zhaohai (KI6)

Shenmai (BL62)

Fenglong (ST40)

Neiting (ST4)

Yintang (GV24

) and Shenting (GV24) were connected to electroacupuncture

continuous wave

2 Hz in frequency. In addition

bloodletting was applied at ear tip. The treatment was given for 4 weeks. Before treatment

the scores of Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI)

Athens insomnia scale (AIS)

insomnia severity index (ISI) and TCM syndrome were compared

and the clinical efficacy was evaluated in the patients.

Electroacupuncture combined with ear tip bloodletting can improve the sleep quality and clinical symptoms in patients with insomnia of phlegm-fire disturbing heart.
