摘要

介绍陆永辉教授针刺治疗女性压力性尿失禁临床经验。认为本病主要病机以气血不足、膜原失养为本，以三焦气化不利、膀胱失约为标，针刺治疗取任脉与膀胱经腧穴，通调三焦、助膀胱气化，使膀胱开阖固摄有度而止漏。临床于CT下深刺膀胱募穴中极，募刺迫藏；针刺气海、关元以补益固摄；针刺膀胱经背俞穴通调三焦气机，共奏调养膜原、助三焦膀胱气化、固摄止漏之功效。
