摘要

系统总结符文彬教授整合论治脑鸣的学术思想与临证经验。符文彬教授认为脑鸣属于心身共病，病位主要在肝与脑，“气机不和，脏腑失调，形神不安”为核心病机，治疗当基于心身医学，从形神合一的角度出发，以整合针灸“一针二灸三巩固”的模式治疗，整合针刺、精灸、耳针等多种疗法，整体论治、形神共调，从而达到“宁神止鸣”的治疗效果。
