摘要

目的：

观察针刺“盆底六针”对轻中度女性压力性尿失禁的影响。

方法：

将60例轻中度女性压力性尿失禁患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组30例。对照组进行Kegel训练，观察组在对照组基础上行针刺“盆底六针”治疗，穴取双侧中髎、秩边、会阳、水道、大赫及关元，隔日针刺1次，每周3次，连续4周为一疗程，治疗2个疗程。观察两组患者治疗前及治疗4、8周后1 h漏尿量、国际尿失禁咨询委员会的尿失禁简易调查问卷（ICI-Q-SF）评分、尿失禁生活质量问卷（I-QOL）评分，并评定临床疗效。

结果：

治疗8周后，两组患者1 h漏尿量、ICI-Q-SF评分均较治疗前降低（

0.05），且观察组低于对照组（

0.05）。治疗4、8周后，两组患者I-QOL评分均较治疗前升高（

0.05），且观察组高于对照组（

0.01，

0.001）。观察组总有效率为93.3%（28/30），高于对照组的73.3%（22/30，

0.05）。

结论：

针刺“盆底六针”可在一定程度上改善轻中度女性压力性尿失禁患者的临床症状，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

Objective

To observe the effect of acupuncture at "pelvic floor six needles" for mild to moderate female stress urinary incontinence (SUI).

Methods

A total of 60 patients with mild to moderate female SUI were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group

30 cases each group. The control group received Kegel exercise. The observation group received acupuncture at "pelvic floor six needles" on the basis of the treatment as the control group

bilateral Zhongliao (BL33)

Zhibian (BL54)

Huiyang (BL35)

Shuidao (ST28)

Dahe (KI12) and Guanyuan (CV4) were selected

once every other day

3 times a week

4 weeks as a course of treatment

a total of 2 courses were required. Before treatment and after 4

8 weeks of treatment

urine leakage in 1 hour

International Consultation on Incontinence questionnaire short form (ICI-Q-SF) score

and incontinence quality of life questionnaire (I-QOL) score were observed in the two groups

and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.

Conclusion

Acupuncture at "pelvic floor six needles" could improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life in patients with mild to moderate female SUI to a certain degree.
