摘要

介绍刘智斌教授针刺治疗帕金森病轻度认知障碍的诊疗思路及临证经验。刘智斌教授认为，帕金森病轻度认知障碍的基础病机为肝肾亏虚、神机失用，以补肝益肾、通督醒脑调神为治则，选择穴组通督调神针（四神针、神庭、双侧本神、风府）、嗅三针（双侧迎香、印堂）和止颤八针（百会、廉泉，患侧合谷、外关、太冲、足三里、三阴交、太溪），并随证加减，配合触骨针法特定针刺手法以增强疗效。

The paper introduces the diagnostic and therapeutic ideas and clinical experience of Professor

LIU Zhibin

in treatment with acupuncture for Parkinson's disease with mild cognitive impairment. Professor

LIU

believes that the basic pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease with mild cognitive impairment refers to the deficiency of liver and kidney

and the loss of mind cont

rol. Therefore

the treatment focuses on nourishing the liver and kidney

regulating the governor vessel

opening the brain orifice

and regulating the mind. The point prescription is composed of

Tongdu Tiaoshen zhen

(the points for promoting the circulating of the governor vessel and regulating the mind

the prescription is modified according to the syndrome
