摘要

目的：

观察督灸疗法对稳定期肺肾气虚型慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者心肺耐力的改善作用。

方法：

将40例COPD患者随机分为观察组（20例）和对照组（20例）。对照组给予常规基础治疗和护理，观察组在对照组基础上于督脉大椎至腰俞段给予督灸疗法，每次1 h，每周1次，两组均连续治疗8周。分别于治疗前后观察两组患者最大摄氧量（VO

max）、六分钟步行试验（6MWT）和Borg评分、肺功能指标[第1秒用力呼气容积（FEV

）、用力肺活量（FVC）、FEV

与FVC的比值（FEV

/FVC)

]

、慢性阻塞性肺疾病评估测试问卷（CAT）评分、中医证候评分。

结果：

治疗后，两组患者VO

max、6MWT、FEV

、FVC、FEV

/FVC均较治疗前升高（

0.001，

0.05），且观察组高于对照组（

0.05，

0.01）；两组患者Borg评分、CAT评分和中医证候评分均较治疗前降低（

0.001），且观察组低于对照组（

0.05）。

结论：

督灸疗法可有效改善稳定期肺肾气虚型COPD患者的心肺耐力和临床症状，提升其生活质量。

Abstract

Objective

To observe the effect of governor vessel moxibustion on improving cardiopulmonary fitness in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) of

deficiency of lung and kidney.

Methods

A total of 40 patients with stable COPD of

deficiency of lung and kidney were randomized into an observation group (20 cases) and a control group (20 cases). The routine basic treatment and nursing were adopted in the control group. In the observation group

on the basis of the treatment in the control group

governor vessel moxibustion was applied at the area from Dazhui (GV14) to Yaoshu (GV2) of the governor vessel

1 hour a time

once a week. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks consecutively. The maximal oxygen uptake (VO

max)

6-minute walking test (6MWT) and Borg score

pulmonary function indexes (forced expiratory volume in 1 second [FEV

]

forced vital capacity [FVC

Conclusion

Governor vessel moxibustion can effectively improve the cardiopulmonary fitness

clinical symptoms and the quality of life in patients with stable COPD of

deficiency of lung and kidney.
