摘要

报道1例临床罕见病红耳综合征患者接受针刺治疗的情况。在初诊西医诊断尚不明确的情况下，充分发挥中医“症为先、证为首”的优势，依据患者临床表现、发病过程、舌脉等因素，从手太阳经筋论治其经气不通之标，辨证取穴论治其肝肾阴虚之本，筋针结合体针治疗1次后即显效。后隔日治疗1次，连续10次，患者耳痛及耳部发红症状基本消失，随访2个月整体状况良好。

Abstract

This paper reports a case of red ear syndrome

a rare clinical condition

treated with acupuncture. At the initial consultation

the diagnosis was unclear from a western medical perspective. The advantage of traditional Chinese medicine in "prioritizing symptoms and syndrome differentiation" was fully utilized. Based on the patient’s clinical manifestations

disease progression

tongue and pulse conditions

the treatment addressed the branch by targeting meridian

stagnation based on the hand-

taiyang

sinew meridian theory

and treated the root by selecting acupoints according to syndrome differentiation for liver and kidney

yin

deficiency. A combined treatment of tendon needling and acupuncture produced immediate results after the first session. Subsequent sessions were administered every other day for a total of ten treatments. The patient’s ear pain and redness symptoms had nearly disappeared

and a two-month follow-up showed good overall condition.
