摘要

目的：

观察针刺“咽四穴”对肝亢风动型小儿简单发声抽动的影响。

方法：

将60例肝亢风动型简单发声抽动患儿随机分为观察组（30例，脱落1例）和对照组（30例）。对照组给予菖麻熄风片口服，每日3次，观察组在对照组基础上加用针刺“咽四穴”治疗，每次15~20 min，每日1次，治疗7 d，休息3 d，两组均治疗3个月。观察两组患儿治疗前及治疗1、2、3个月后中医证候积分和耶鲁综合抽动严重程度量表（YGTSS）评分，记录患儿简单发声抽动消失时间，于治疗后评定两组临床疗效。

结果：

治疗1、2、3个月后，两组患儿中医证候积分和YGTSS评分均较治疗前降低（

0.01，

0.05），且观察组低于对照组（

0.05，

0.01）。观察组简单发声抽动消失时间早于对照组（

0.05）。观察组有效率为93.1%（27/29），高于对照组的73.3%（22/30，

0.05）。

结论：

针刺“咽四穴”可改善肝亢风动型简单发声抽动患儿临床症状，缩短简单发声抽动消失时间。

Abstract

Objective

To observe the effect of acupuncture at "four pharyngeal points" on simple vocal tics with liver hyperactivity disturbed wind in children.

Methods

Sixty children with simple vocal tics of liver hyperactivity disturbed wind were randomly divided into an observation group (30 cases

1 case dropped out) and a control group (30 cases). The control group was given

Changma Xifeng

tablets orally

3 times a day

while the observation group was treated with acupuncture at "four pharyngeal points" on the basis of the treatment in the control group

15-20 min a time

once daily for 7 days

with a 3-day break. Both groups were treated for 3 months. The TCM syndrome score and Yale global tic severity scale (YGTSS) score of the two groups were observed before treatment and after 1

the disappearance time of simple vocal tics was recorded

and the therapeutic efficacy was evaluated after treatment.

Acupuncture at "four pharyngeal points" could improve symptoms in children with simple vocal tics of liver hyperactivity disturbed wind

and shorten the disappearance time of simple vocal tics.
