摘要

目的：

观察旴江谢氏刺营微创疗法结合清咽利膈汤治疗肺胃蕴热型急喉痹的临床疗效。

方法：

将88例肺胃蕴热型急喉痹患者随机分为观察组（44例，脱落4例）和对照组（44例，脱落4例）。对照组口服清咽利膈汤治疗，每次150 mL，每日2次，连续服用6 d；在对照组治疗基础上，观察组加用旴江谢氏刺营微创疗法，点刺双侧少商、商阳、耳尖放血，每处出血0.1~0.5 mL，隔日1次，共治疗3次。观察两组患者治疗前和治疗6 d后中医症状与体征积分、血常规[白细胞（WBC）计数、中性粒细胞百分比（NE%）]、炎症指标[血清C反应蛋白（CRP）、白细胞介素（IL）-1β、IL-6、肿瘤坏死因子（TNF）-α含量]、免疫指标（？？、？？、？？水平），并评定两组临床疗效。

结果：

治疗6 d后，两组咽痛积分、咽黏膜悬雍垂红肿积分、咽干灼热积分、咽后壁淋巴滤泡红肿积分、恶寒发热积分、中医症状与体征总积分、WBC计数、NE%、血清CRP含量、血清IL-1β含量、血清

IL-6含量、血清TNF-α含量、？？水平较治疗前降低（

0.05），且观察组上述指标低于对照组（

0.001）。治疗6 d后，两组？？、？？水平较治疗前升高（

0.05），且观察组高于对照组（

0.001）。观察组总有效率为95.0%（38/40），高于对照组的90.0%（36/40，

结论：

旴江谢氏刺营微创疗法结合清咽利膈汤治疗肺胃蕴热型急喉痹可减轻患者临床症状，抑制炎症反应，改善免疫功能。

Objective

To observe the clinical efficacy of Xujiang

decoction on acute pharyngitis with lung-stomach heat accumulation.

Methods

A total of 88 patients with acute pharyngitis of lung-stomach heat accumulation were randomly divided into an observation group (44 cases

Conclusion

Xie

's bloodletting therapy combined with

Qingyan Lige

decoction could improve the symptoms in patients with acute pharyngitis of lung-stomach heat accumulation

inhibit inflammatory response and improve immune function.
