摘要

阐释运用“火土合德”理论针灸辨治抑郁障碍的临证思路。以“火土合德”理论为基础，结合临床实践及古今文献研究，认为阳虚气弱或阳郁不达导致神失所养是本病发生的根本。针灸治疗应察观患者之精神，明辨元阳之虚实，审中土之盛衰，治以宣阳散寒、交通君相二火、温运脾土等法而调神，主用俞原配穴，重用灸法，和气血、平阴阳，以复人体“火土合德”之常态，形神合一，抑郁自解。

Abstract

The paper expounds the clinical approach of acupuncture and moxibustion in treatment of depressive disorder under the theoretic support

"fire-earth harmonization". Based on this theory

and combined with clinical practice

and ancient and modern literature research

it is believed that the root cause of depressive disorder is malnutrition of the mind due to

yang qi

deficiency or stagnation. In treatment with acupuncture and moxibustion

the mental/emotional conditions (mind) of patients should be observed to identify the deficiency from the excess of primary

yang

and examine the ups and downs of the "earth". Spirit is adjusted by promoting

yang qi

circulation

dispelling cold

harmonizing the "fire" of "monarch" (heart) and "minister" (kidney) and promoting the transportation and transformation of spleen-earth. The back-

shu

points and

yuan

-source points are combined

and moxibustion therapy is used particularly to obtain the balance

and blood

and

yin

and

yang

. As a result

the fire and the earth

the body and the mind are harmonized

and depressive disorder is alleviated naturally.
