摘要

针灸学科的人才培养模式优化是推动其高质量发展的关键。古代针灸教育历经漫长岁月沉淀，教育模式极具借鉴价值。本文系统梳理中国古代针灸教育的两大体系——民间教育与官办教育，提炼其“实践导向”“个性化传承”“资源整合”“考核标准化”等核心优势，深入挖掘它们在当代针灸教育发展中的潜在价值。从全新视角提出古代针灸教育对现代针灸学科建设的创新启示：优化教育模式、融合经典与前沿、构建数智化教育生态、推动区域协同发展和国际传播。旨在为新时代针灸学科的体系化、国际化发展提供理论支撑与创新思路参考。

Abstract

Optimizing talent training mode in acupuncture-moxibustion discipline is the key to promote its high-quality development. The ancient acupuncture-moxibustion education has a long history and accumulates a rich experience

which provides a valuable reference nowadays. The paper summarizes two major systems of ancient Chinese acupuncture- moxibustion education

folk education and official education

extracts the core advantages such as "practice orientation"

"personalized inheritance"

"resource integration" and "examination standardization"; and explores deeply their potential values for the development of contemporary acupuncture-moxibustion education. From a new perspective

it is proposed that the ancient acupuncture-moxibustion education enlightens the innovative approaches to the development of modern acupuncture-moxibustion discipline

i.e. optimizing the education models

integrating the classic with the frontier

building digital and intelligent education ecosystem

promoting regional coordination and development

as well as international communication. It aims to provide theoretical supports and innovative ideas for the systematic and international development of acupuncture-moxibustion discipline in the new era.
