摘要

介绍刘星教授针刀联合罐药并举治疗周围性面瘫恢复期和后遗症期的临床经验。刘星教授在明辨周围性面瘫病因病机的基础上审因论治，认为风邪袭络、气血不通为其致病关键，故治疗以祛风和血为要。提出针刀联合拔罐、汤药并举的治疗模式，以“三面针刀循序法”为主，先俯卧位针颈后之五风穴（风府、风池、翳风、秉风、风门），祛风通络；再侧卧位刺面三针（面Ⅰ针：阳白-鱼腰，面Ⅱ针：四白-颧髎，面Ⅲ针：颊车-地仓），牵正纠偏；最后仰卧位针额胸二丹田（上丹田：印堂，中丹田：膻中），调气和血。辅以罐疗祛其瘀，配合汤药和其内。从整体着手循经而治，起到风祛络通、气调血和之作用。
