摘要

六腑病及腧穴主治是经脉腧穴与脏腑相关理论的重要组成部分。文章通过对《黄帝内经》经典条文及现代文献的分析，从六腑发病机制、六腑病的诊断依据、六腑病的腧穴主治3个方面进行阐述，梳理和总结《黄帝内经》六腑病及腧穴主治的研究现状，发现邪气有从四肢的内侧及阴经传入六腑的特定途径，且需要五脏精气充实、功能正常作为前提；通过辨别六腑病的症候群及六阳经“标”“本”的特征，有助于诊断六腑病；结合六腑原穴及下合穴，分析其作为六腑病的主穴依据，并阐述下合穴的用针之道。

Abstract

The diseases of the six

organs and the main indications of acupoints are the crucial components of the theories related to meridians

acupoints and

zangfu

organs. Through analyzing the classic articles in

Huangdi Neijing

(

The Yellow Emperor

s Inner Classic

) and modern literature

this article elaborates on the pathogenesis

diagnostic criteria and acupoint indications for the diseases of six

organs. It systematically reviews and summarizes the current research status regarding the diseases of six

organs and acupoint indications as described in

Huangdi Neijing

. It is discovered that pathogenic

enters six

organs through specific pathways from the medial sides of the limbs and

yin

meridians

for which

the prerequisite is the abundance and normal functioning of the essence and

of five

zang

organs. The diseases of six

organs are diagnosed in accordance with identifying the syndrome patterns of six

organs and the characteristics of

biao

and

ben

of six

yang

meridians. In association with the

yuan

-source points of six

organs and their corresponding lower

-sea points

the paper analyzes the rationale of the primary acupoints in treatment of diseases of six

organs

and explains the acupuncture techniques for utilizing these lower

-sea points.
