摘要

运用文献学研究方法，系统考证、剖析相关古代医籍资料，遴选具有典型性的锋针结构图，梳理其形状结构、操作技法及功能主治等维度的历史演化脉络；同时，整理由锋针衍生发展而来的古今相关针具的文献记载，探究其技术传承脉络与创新特质。旨在为进一步阐释锋针的临床作用机制夯实文献基础，亦为现代临床中锋针的标准化研究及推广应用提供理论支撑。

Abstract

This paper adopts a philological research method to systematically verify and analyze relevant ancient medical literature

selects representative structural diagrams of the

feng

needle

and sorts out the historical evolution of its morphological structure

operational techniques and indications. At the same time

this paper organizes the literature records of ancient and modern related instruments derived from the

feng

needle

and explores their technical inheritance and innovative characteristics. The aim is to lay a documentary foundation for further elucidating the clinical mechanism of the

feng

needle

and to provide theoretical support for the standardized research and promotion of its application in modern clinical practice.
