摘要

基于张缙教授对针刺手法的研究，系统梳理青龙摆尾、白虎摇头手法的历史源流与理论内涵，结合《金针赋》《针灸问对》《医学入门》《针灸大成》等古典医籍记载，明确包括青龙摆尾、白虎摇头二法在内飞经走气手法完整操作体系的要点，即操作时，针刺入腧穴得气，针向病所，押手闭气，施青龙摆尾（刺浅）或白虎摇头（刺深），辅以循摄手法。
