摘要

现代针灸学体系的形成不是传统针灸学体系的逻辑延续，而是针灸学体系的范式变革。传统针灸学与现代针灸学是两个不同的体系，包括哲学基础、逻辑方法、概念体系、实践依据等均有本质区别，二者属于不同的两种范式，无法进行逻辑对话。传统针灸学理论研究的核心不是探寻其现代本质，而是还原其本来面貌；现代针灸学理论研究的核心不是经络及经络学说的现代诠释，而是在现代科学背景下对针灸学概念体系的重构。

Abstract

The modern acupuncture and moxibustion system is developed not based on the logical continuation of the traditional system

but rather on the paradigm shift of acupuncture and moxibustion system. They (the traditional and the modern) represent two distinct systems

differing fundamentally in philosophical foundations

logical methodologies

conceptual frameworks

and practical principles of acupuncture and moxibustion. They belong to different paradigms and cannot engage in logical dialogue with one another. The core of theoretical research of traditional acupuncture and moxibustion lies not in exploring its modern essence

but in restoring its original form; whereas for the modern acupuncture and moxibustion

the core of its theoretical research is the reconstruction of the conceptual framework of acupuncture and moxibustion within the context of modern science

rather than the contemporary interpretation of meridians and meridian theory.
