摘要

《黄帝内经》中“按之快然”的经典论述被视为腧穴发展的起源，其“按之”腧穴后患者“快然”的主观体验，反映了“腧敏-神应-气至”之间的密切关联。本文围绕“腧穴敏化”“神应”与“气至/得气”三大核心环节，系统梳理并述评当前针刺得气与腧穴敏化研究的局部表现与脑功能机制，重点关注其在腧穴局部与脑效应层面的研究进展。旨在提出基于“腧敏-神应-气至”的脑效应研究思路，为揭示针刺干预的中枢机制与优化临床疗效提供理论依据与研究框架。
