摘要

报道1例复发性单纯疱疹致糖尿病皮肤难愈性溃疡患者接受毫火针排针浅刺法治疗的情况。本案患者病机为湿热瘀阻，腐肉难脱。予毫火针排针浅刺法治疗，取5~15根0.30 mm×40 mm毫针并拢呈“一字形”排开，烧至红亮，于创面快速浅刺并配合拔罐，每3 d治疗1次，每周2次。第1次治疗3 d后，溃疡面基本结痂；治疗2周后，溃疡面明显缩小，肉芽组织新生；治疗3周后，创面完全愈合，仅遗留色素沉着，治疗期间血糖水平稳定下降。随访1个月无复发。本例展现了毫火针在难愈性创面治疗中的独特优势，为相关病症提供了安全有效的中医治疗思路。

Abstract

The paper introduces one case of refractory diabetic ulcer induced by recurrent herpes simplex treated with shallow lining-up fire needling therapy with filiform needle. In pathogenesis

the case was caused by damp-heat stagnation failing to heal the open wound. In treatment

were burned and pricked into the wound quickly and shallowly; cupping was combined. This therapy was operated once every 3 days

twice weekly.The incrustation was presented on the wound after 3 days of first treatment. The ulcer was significantly reduced in size with new granulation tissue formed after 2 weeks of treatment. The wound was completely healed

only with pigmentation left after 3 weeks of treatment. During treatment

blood glucose level decreased steadily. No recurrence was observed during one-month follow-up. This case demonstrates the unique advantages of fire needling therapy with filiform needle in treatment of refractory wound

providing a safe and effective therapeutic approach to relevant conditions with traditional Chinese medicine.
