摘要

脂溢性脱发是皮肤科常见难治性疾病，以头皮油腻、毛发稀疏脱落为特征，严重影响患者生活质量。本文基于“浊邪害清”理论，提出脾胃失运、湿浊内生为发病之本；浊邪上犯、湿热瘀滞为发病之标。通过临床实践，综合运用毫火针排针浅刺驱浊通络以复毛窍，刺络放血清泻督脉以解浊热，王氏“老十针”针刺斡旋中焦以断浊源，以期为脂溢性脱发的病机认识与针灸治疗提供新的思路。

Abstract

Seborrheic alopecia is a common refractory disease in dermatology. It is characterized by greasy scalp and hair loss

which seriously affects the quality of life of patients. Based on the theory of

zhuoxie haiqing

(turbid pathogens impairing the clear)

it is proposed that spleen and stomach dysfunction and endogenous dampness and turbidity are the root causes of the disease

and the symptoms of disease result from the upward-invasion of turbid pathogens and stagnation of damp heat. In clinical practice

the in-row and fire needling with filiform needles is used to eliminate the turbid pathogens

and promote meridian circulation and hair growth

bloodletting technique is operated to reduce the turbid heat from the governor vessel

and

Wang

's "ten-acupoint needling" therapy is delivered to regulate the function in the middle

jiao

to block the source of turbid pathogens. The paper provides a new insight to the pathogenesis of seborrheic alopecia and its treatment with acupuncture and moxibustion.
