摘要

报道1例心因性呕吐伴贲门黏膜撕裂及胃窦炎患儿接受针灸联合整脊治疗的情况。本案患儿辨证属肝胃失和证，治以通督导气、疏肝和胃。予“通督导气”针刺联合整脊治疗，针刺穴取督脉经阳性反应点（T

棘突，即神道、灵台、至阳）、大椎、百会及双侧太冲、足三里、内关，采用导气法促进得气，留针20 min；整脊采用端提膝顶法纠正T

棘突偏歪。隔日1次，每周治疗3次。治疗1周后，呕血未再复发，呕吐频次显著减少，肝郁症状缓解；遂调整针刺处方为督脉经阳性反应点（T

-T

棘突，即神道、灵台、至阳）、大椎、百会及双侧足三里、公孙，加灸中脘、气海。隔日1次，每周治疗3次。治疗2周后，患儿呕吐完全消失，恢复正常饮食。11个月后随访，病情无复发。

Abstract

This paper reports 1 case of adolescent with psychogenic vomiting accompanied by Mallory-Weiss syndrome and antral gastritis treated with acupuncture-moxibustion combined with chiropractic therapy. The case was differentiated as disharmony of liver and stomach

and treated according to the

therapeutic principle for unblocking the governor vessel

directing

smoothing the liver and harmonizing the stomach. The treatment was composed of acupuncture for "unblocking the governor vessel and conducting

" and chiropractic therapy. Acupoints in acupuncture included the positive reaction points along the governor vessel

Shendao (GV11)

Lingtai (GV10) and Zhiyang (GV9)

corresponding to the spinous processes from T5 to T7

Dazhui (GV14) and Baihui (GV20)

as well as bilateral Taichong (LR3)

Zusanli (ST36) and Neiguan (PC6). The needling technique for

conduction was operated to promote the arrival of

at each acupoint

and the needles were retained for 20 min. Chiropractic manipulation was employed with the lifting and knee-pushing reduction to correct deviated spinous processes from T5 to T7. The treatment was administered once every two days

3 sessions a week. After one week of treatment

hematemesis ceased

the frequency of vomiting significantly decreased

and the symptoms of liver

stagnation were alleviated. Subsequently

the acupuncture prescription was modified

including the positive reaction points along the governor vessel

Shendao (GV11)

Lingtai (GV10) and Zhiyang (GV9)

corresponding to the spinous processes from T5 to T7

Dazhui (GV14) and Baihui (GV20)

as well as bilateral Zusanli (ST36) and Gongsun (SP4); and moxibustion was added at Zhongwan (CV12) and Qihai (CV6). The modified regimen was administered once every two days

3 sessions a week. After two weeks of treatment

vomiting was resolved completely

and normal dietary intake restored. The follow-up visit after 11 months reported no recurrence of symptoms.
