摘要

梅杰综合征是以眼睑部肌张力障碍为主要表现的疑难杂症，多表现为眼睑痉挛、睁眼困难，可伴随面肌不自主抽动，病情缠绵反复。殷克敬教授认为梅杰综合征病机主要为肝风内动，治疗当标本兼顾，以平肝熄风为总则，独创经络别通理念，采用针刺四透阳白穴、双针搭连以及白虎摇头手法等特色方法通络止痉、调和气血，疗效确切，为临床治疗此病提供了新的思路。

Abstract

Meige′s syndrome is a refractory disorder characterized mainly by dystonia of the eyelids

typically presenting as blepharospasm and difficulty in opening the eyes

and may be accompanied by involuntary facial muscle spasms

with a prolonged and recurrent course. Professor

YIN

Kejing

believes that the main pathogenesis of Meige′s syndrome is internal stirring of liver wind. Treatment should address both the root cause and manifestations

with calming the liver and extinguishing wind as the general therapeutic principle. Professor

YIN

innovatively proposes the concept of alternative communication of the meridians

and adopts characteristic techniques including four-penetrating Yangbai(GB14)

the double-needle connection technique

and the White Tiger Shaking Its Head manipulation to unblock the meridians

relieve spasm

and regulate

and blood. The therapeutic efficacy is definite

providing a new approach for the clinical treatment of this disorder.
