摘要

基于“治神调神”理论，系统梳理岭南针灸医学治疗郁证的学术思想与临证特色。当代岭南医家临证治疗郁证时，以重通调神为核心，注重疏肝理气，通调元气；以顾中养神为基础，强调脾胃同调，滋生气血；以调心宁神为关键，重在养心安神，定志解郁。三者环环相扣，形成了针对岭南地区郁证多湿多滞、耗气伤阴病机特点的针灸诊疗体系，为郁证的针灸临床与实践研究提供新的思路。

Abstract

Based on the theory of "treating and regulating the mind"

this paper systematically reviews the academic thoughts and clinical characteristics of Lingnan acupuncture for depression. In contemporary clinical practice

Lingnan physicians take the "unblocking and regulating the mind" as the core

focusing on "soothing the liver and regulating

and"unblocking and regulating the primary

"; with "caring for the middle and nourishing the mind" as the foundation

Lingnan physicians emphasize the coordinated regulation of the spleen and stomach to generate

and blood; besides

Lingnan physicians take "regulating the heart and calming the mind" as the key

focusing on nourishing the heart

calming the mind

stabilizing the will

and relieving depression. These three aspects are interlinked

forming an acupuncture diagnosis and treatment system targeting the characteristics of depression in the Lingnan region

which are often marked by dampness

stagnation

consumption of

and injury to

yin

and providing new ideas for the clinical and practical research of acupuncture for treating depression.
