摘要

介绍吕景山教授针灸治疗卒中后抑郁的临证经验。吕景山教授认为本病病机以脑髓损伤、神机失用为本，肝郁气滞、痰气互结为标，治疗时强调以“治神”为要，标本兼顾，确立调神驭气的治疗原则；临证运用调神驭气针法及吕氏脐药灸联合治疗，选取对穴百会-水沟、神门-内关以调神，复驭气统精之本，合谷-太冲、丰隆-阴陵泉以驭气，复肝脾疏运之职；针刺时施以同步行针手法，共奏解郁之效，为卒中后抑郁的治疗提供思路。
