摘要

目的:比较三段针刺法与常规针刺法治疗肩周炎的疗效差异。方法:将70例患者随机分到三段针刺组及常规针刺组

各35例。两组均取中平、阳陵泉、患侧肩、肩、肩贞等穴

三段针刺组操作时分步骤进行。结果:三段针刺组有效率为97·15%

优于常规针刺组的87·10%(P<0·05);两组治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)均明显降低(P<0·01);治疗后VAS评分差值两组间比较

差异有非常显著性意义(P<0·01)。结论:三段针刺法治疗肩周炎优于常规针刺法。
