摘要

目的:探讨耳穴磁疗及特定穴位治疗老年人失眠症之有效性。方法:研究共邀请了60位60岁或以上之失眠老年人

接受3星期之耳穴磁疗疗程。均选取相同之穴位:神门、心、肾、肝、脾、皮质下及枕。贴上每粒含66Gs之磁珠(不加压)。结果:参加者疗程后的睡眠效果指数较治疗前有明显改进(P<0.01);而各失眠证型之总有效率为66.7%～90.9%(平均为81.7%)。本研究亦显示虚证或实证失眠之老年人接受相同之特定穴位

在效果上没有分别(P>0.05)。结论:耳穴磁疗能有效地改善老年人失眠症

而本研究选取之特定穴位

均适合虚证或实证失眠之老年人。
