目的 :探讨巨刺法对急性踝关节外侧副韧带损伤的治疗作用。方法 :将 6 7例患者随机分为针刺组和对照组

针刺组针刺健侧太溪穴

对照组患处外用关节止痛膏、正骨水。结果 :针刺组治愈30例

占 81 1%

平均治疗时间 2 1± 0 8天 ;对照组治愈 15例

占 5 0 0 %

平均治疗时间 7 5± 2 3天。疼痛消失时间针刺组 2 5± 1 5天

对照组 8 3± 2 1天。经统计学处理

P <0 0 1。结论 :针刺健侧太溪穴治疗急性踝关节外侧副韧带损伤疗效确切。
